The Annual General Meeting takes place, as you would expect, once a year between June-August and is open to all members of the group.

The usual order of events covers reports from the Executive Committee including a rundown of performances and events that have taken place in the last year, income and expenditure relating to all events and a discussion of future events and direction of the group in general.

The AGM is also where nominations for election to the Executive Committee take place. All Exec members must be nominated and seconded and then voted in by the rest of the group.
